Brand owners' lobby group calls on OFT to investigate copycat packaging
LONDON - The British Brands Group is attempting to convince the Office of Fair Trading and Trading Standards to investigate cases of retailers' own-brand products that closely resemble familiar brands after its research revealed shoppers are being "tricked" into buying them.
