ITV1 reaps 12.7m for third Britain's Got Talent semi-final

LONDON - 'Britain's Got Talent' mania mounted last night, giving ITV a huge 54.5% share of viewing when the result of the latest semi-final was announced, according to unofficial overnight figures.
