Future of Broadcasting: ITV's Grade praises Digital Britain and top-slicing

LONDON - ITV executive chairman Michael Grade has praised the Digital Britain report for being a "really coherent Government statement" and has called suggestions to top-slice the TV licence fee to part-fund the broadcaster's future regional news coverage, as "probably the most sensible and practical approach."
