Arqiva appoints Sebert to chief executive role as new VoD service nears launch

LONDON - Transmission outfit Arqiva has appointed Pierre-Jean Sebert as chief executive of its planned new VoD service, which will use the technology that was to underpin the Project Kangaroo service.
