You're smarter without a BlackBerry
Q I was recently invited on a corporate jolly and thought I was among my peers. However, I was a little upset to discover I was the only person in the room who didn't own a BlackBerry. At first this just irritated me, as it seemed to indicate everyone else worked for a company that valued them more. However, during the course of the evening, it became evident how unimportant I was compared to everyone else, as virtually all of them seemed to spend the entire evening constantly checking their BlackBerrys for incoming messages. Am I being overly sensitive or is everyone more important than me?
