POSTAL STRIKE LATEST - Union accuses Royal Mail of "not telling the truth"

LONDON - Postal delivery will be disrupted for the rest of this week, with fears of further strikes as the Communication Workers Union and Royal Mail failed to come to an agreement yesterday.
