On the agenda - NICE encourages wellbeing at work
In a nutshell Employers are being encouraged to promote mental wellbeing at work through productive and healthy working conditions. New guidance released by the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence aims to help reduce the estimated 13.7 million working days lost each year because of work-related mental health conditions, which are estimated to cost UK employers about £28.3bn per year at current pay levels.
