Yakult launches free book promo

LONDON - Pro-biotic drink brand Yakult has launched an on-pack promotion offering a free healthy recipe book.

The promotion, which will run from July to August, will feature a number on-pack which consumers to text in to receive the book. An online redemption mechanic has also been provided.

The book’s recipes have been created by health writer Michael van Straten and include “prebiotic” ingredients to help improve the digestive system.

Yakult brand manager Herjinder Ponaich said the recipes were designed to appeal to summer tastes. “Eating habits generally change in the summer. We all feel like getting healthier, lighter meals, but something more interesting the salad.”
